Malinda Tyson’s professional career as a Human Resources Leader spans over 22 years working in various industries, including corporate, retail, non-profit, and the public sector. She is a skilled leader with expertise in developing and implementing strategies to drive organizational success. Malinda is passionate about developing others, facilitating training, and building teams.

Malinda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Development from National Louis University; a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Finance from Lewis University; and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Malinda serves as President-Elect for the SHRM-Memphis Chapter and facilitates the SHRM Certification Prep Classes. She volunteers for other organizations and mentors other HR professionals. Malinda has a passion for helping others. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Shelby County (TN) Alumnae Chapter, a social butterfly, an event planner, and the best Auntie in the world to Danyeal.
